Join me for one of my weekly yoga classes in Santa Barbara, CA. Each one of these studios is held close to my heart and is a space that encourages mindful connection & growth.

Power of Your Om
TUESDAY & THURSDAY

We start slowly to warm up the body and intentionally move into a dynamic flow, where we integrate the breath with movement in a playful dance of yoga postures. Learn the importance of proper foundation and alignment through the experience of somatic (relating to the body, distinct from the mind) sensing. This class is about showing up, letting go and discovering joy.

Start your day on the right note with this invigorating morning class, designed to wake up the mind & body in an intentional way. We'll greet the day as a community as we gently stretch into and connect with our bodies. This class will get you to feel into your physical body, free your busy mind & put you in the right headspace to take on your day as the best version of yourself.
This class is not heated and designed to be accessible to all levels.

Coral Casino
DAILY (EXCEPT SUNDAY)
The Coral Casino is a private, social club located along Butterfly Beach, just beneath the Santa Ynez Mountains. I have served as their lead yoga teacher since their re-opening in January 2024, offering group & private classes. Through this intimate space, I offer a full spectrum of teaching styles designed to be accessible to all levels.
I also serve as the Fitness Coordinator, overseeing our pilates, training, aquatics (pool & ocean-based) & racquet offerings, as well as leading our growing Wellness Program, bringing forth sound baths, full moon & cacao ceremonies, bodywork, speaker series and much more.

This 60-minute class weaves mindful movement, breathwork, and yogic philosophy to gently guide you back to balance—body, mind, and soul. My classes are intended to help you get out of your head and drop into your body. I believe that life happens in the present moment, and I work to deliver cues & insights that help you land in the here and now.
Whether you're seeking strength, release, or a moment of stillness, this practice meets you where you are and helps you reconnect with your inner light.
